By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are of legal age and have given consent for minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Our product range includes jewelry accessories — including charms and locket components — and jewelry boxes. All products are physical goods shipped directly to customers from our fulfillment partners.
We have made every effort to display the colors, images, and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reproduce product colors. Minor variations in appearance do not constitute a defect or grounds for return unless the item received is materially different from what was described.
We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
We do not warrant that the quality of any product, service, information or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly by email.
SECTION 5 – ORDER PROCESSING AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product under these Terms. Receipt of an automated order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. The contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after an order confirmation has been sent, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Estimated delivery times and applicable shipping costs are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. They may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. The Locket Bar is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our international fulfillment partners. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including items marked as final sale and items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
To initiate a return, you must first contact our team at contact@the-locket-bar.com. Do not return any item without prior written authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

SECTION 8 – CONSUMER RIGHTS BY COUNTRY
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
United Kingdom: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, and to return items at your own expense within a further 14 days. Our 30-day return policy is more generous than this statutory minimum. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
Australia: Under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Canada: Consumer protection rights vary by province. These Terms do not override any rights you may have under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation, including the right to seek remedies for misrepresentation or breach of statutory standards.
United States: These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall be governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any non-waivable consumer protections under applicable state or federal law.
